How do I become an affiliate & set up an affiliate link?
Join our website as a member by clicking on the log in link at the top of any page or buying some credits. Then click on the "Become an Affiliate" pop up link at the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

Approval is automatic but to prevent abuse of our affiliate scheme we operate a strict post approval monitoring process in line with our affiliate terms and conditions here https://www.ultimateindexing.com/affilates-terms

Abuse may result in cancellation of credits & pending commissions without refund..

​​How and when are Commissions paid?
We pay commissions to you via by PayPal each month on or around the 28th of the month following the sale you referred
​
If for some reason you cannot use PayPal e.g. not available in your country then we will agree another method with you e.g. credits for our service, bank transfer (subject to costs) or e vouchers etc. email us to agree this other method support@ultimateindexing.com

How long do you track cookies for?
Our system holds your affiliates details in a customer's browser until they clear their cache. So this could be a long time and more than 30 days as offered by other affiliate schemes.

What are the commission levels?
We pay 10% of net sales before tax and after any other discounts the customer receives. Commissions are paid to the last referrer.

Do I get paid recurring commission for the lifetime of the customer?
You get commissions for an unlimited number of purchases by the customer until they clear their browser cache.

Can I make commission from my own orders?
No. This is against our rules and we may cancel all your customer credits without refund and pending affiliate commissions if our systems detect such activity. Note you can get up to 5% off your own future orders via our loyalty scheme shown at the bottom left on your screen in addition to our generous automatically calculated discounts of up to 65% at the checkout.

​How can I see my affiliate statistics?
Log in as a member and click on the Affiliate Portal icon at the bottom right hand corner of your screen to see statistics on how many clicks your link has received, the number of sales you have referred and how much commission id due to you.
